Ezra Solar

I am that I am…

For the most part western civilisation’s way of thinking is sent in materialist perspectives which give little credence to the existence of the fifth element; ether, the spirit. We see this changing in our times due to our expanding scientific understanding. Einstein said:

Everyone who is seriously interested in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe

At various points of my life I have had experiences of what is beyond the veil of our physical reality and gained an comprehension of my true nature as a spirit having a human experience. For this reason I adopted an alias through which to express myself from this higher vantage point of our inter-connected spiritual whole, my individual voice speaking as the consciousness which infuses all life. I call this aspect of my self Ezra Solar. It is both a reference to my Hebrew name, translating as Help with a reference to the sun and light; what gives life to the planet and allows for our collective experience.

Creativity

Humans are inherently creators, it is how our world is maintained and progresses. It is how the continuation of the race is maintained.

The act of creation is a Godly characteristic and so every expression, in whatever form, is in someway an expression of God with origin in the spirit which Einstein said is “manifest in the laws of the universe”.

There is the saying that ‘no idea is original’. When we allow inspiration to take us, whether in scientific and philosophical contemplation or free flow artistic endeavor, we are tapping into some available influence of energy. Indeed world renowned artists Salvador Dali had the following to say about his work:

The fact that I myself, at the moment of painting, do not understand my own pictures, does not mean that these pictures have no meaning; on the contrary, their meaning is so profound, complex, coherent, and involuntary that it escapes the most simple analysis of logical intuition.

My creative outlets are for an aspiration of mine to inspire others to embrace their own essence, confront them with a sense of reality and take that forward with them on their journey to embrace a changing world.

Music

I have always connected with music. So many aspects of music tap into our emotions and can affect how we feel and change our attitudes.

My music productions attempt to take listeners on a harmonic journey and give an insight into my thoughts and experience of our world.

Photography

I have more recently started taking photos and try to combine a sense of the natural world with the modern technological world.

Poetry

I also enjoy putting my thoughts and inspirations into the form of word.
